Mr. Lee Sheung Shing

(Chairman of the Board)

Mr. Lee Sheung Shing (Chairman of the Board) Mr. Lee Sheung Shing is one of the founders of our Group and was appointed as the chairman of our Board. Chairman Lee has over 20 years of experience in the licensed money lending business, is responsible for providing advice on overall strategic planning and business development of our Group.

Ms. Lee Pik Tsong

Ms. Lee Pik Tsong is one of the founders of our Group. Mrs. Lee has over 20 years of experience in the licensed money lending business, is responsible for providing advice on overall strategic planning and business development of our Group.

Ms. Chan Wing Sze

Ms. Chan Wing Sze has over 20 years of experience in the licensed money lending business. She is responsible for providing advice on strategies on overall management and operations, strategic planning and marketing of our Group.

Ms. Kan Pui Yan

Ms. Kan Pui Yan has over 30 years of experience in accounting. She is responsible for providing advice on strategies on the general financial management of our Group. She is a certified public accountant of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Independent Non-executive Directors

Prof. Hung Wai Man JP

Prof. Hung Wai Man JP has over 35 years of experience in management consulting, project management and outsourcing services. Prof. Hung was appointed as a Justice of the Peace by the Chief Secretary for Administration of Hong Kong in July 2015.

Mr. Mak Wing Sum Alvin

Mr. Mak Wing Sum Alvin has nearly 26 years of experience in the banking and accounting industry. Mr. Mak has worked at Citibank, N.A. for over 26 years where he held various positions before he retired. He last served as the Head of Markets and Banking for Citibank Hong Kong.

Mr. Leung Ka Cheung

Mr. Leung Ka Cheung has over 38 years of experience in the accounting and finance industry. He works as a partner of an accountant firm KCG & Co., primary responsible for accounting, audit assurance and tax compliance services.
