K Cash's online loan platform is a brand-new concept, which truly digitizes the entire loan process and completes the process of approval, loan confirmation and contract signing online. How can I check the status of my loan application?
After your application, K Cash will send your personal online account number and one-time login password to the registered mobile phone in the form of sms. You can log in to your personal account on the K Cash website to check the loan application result and progress.
How do I make changes to an application that has already been submitted?
You can make changes to your application details, including loan amount, repayment date, and loan tenure in your personal account before confirming the loan. However, once the contract is established, it cannot be amended. If you want to update your personal information, you can log in to your personal online account at any time, modify the relevant details and select "Confirm". Your information will be instantly updated
What should I do if I cannot log in to my personal online account?
If you cannot log in, please find the following troubleshooters to solve the problems step by step.

  • I cannot receive the login password/account number via SMS:If you are unable to receive the login password via SMS, please first ensure that the registered mobile phone number is correct and capable of receiving SMS messages. If you still cannot receive the SMS, please call 21111 211 or contact our customer service officer via WhatsApp at 5595 6111.
What are the requirements for applying for a loan? Is a credit assessment necessary?
Only Hong Kong permanent residents aged 18 or above can apply for a loan. The applicant must authorize K Cash to obtain your latest credit report through TransUnion for loan approval.
What is the maximum loan amount? How many installments can be made?
Loan amount: From HKD 5,000 to 3,000,000.
Repayment Period: You can set the repayment period according to your preference. K Cash offers repayment periods ranging from 6 months to a maximum of 60 months for you to choose from.
How is the interest of K Cash loan calculated?
The interest on K Cash loans is calculated on a daily basis. This means that you only need to pay the interest for each day that you use the loan. Furthermore, the interest is calculated based on the outstanding loan balance after deducting the required interest payment. The remaining repayment amount is considered as a partial repayment of the principal. As a result, the loan balance will decrease with each installment payment, and the interest for subsequent periods will be calculated based on the updated loan balance after each repayment.
Is there a fee for applying for a loan?
Absolutely not. Whether your application is successful or not, K Cash does not charge any application fees.
What is the loan application and approval process?
The application and approval process for K Cash loan services is as follows:
  1. Online Application: Fill in the required information online and upload color copies of your HKID and bank account details for verification. Submit the loan application. (You can also choose to submit the documents via WhatsApp in JPEG/PNG/PDF format. Please contact our customer service officer for more details.)
  2. Notification: You will receive an email and SMS notification containing your online account number and one-time login password. You can log in to your personal online account to check the approval result.
  3. Review Contract: Log in to your personal online account to review the preliminary approval contract details and terms.
  4. Electronic Signature: If you agree with the terms of the loan contract, you can easily sign the contract online.
  5. Disbursement: You can choose to receive the funds through instant transfer service or withdraw cash at any designated location using a self-service loan ATM.
How long does it take for loan approval?
Generally, if you submit your application online and provide all the required documents during office hours, K Cash will respond with the approval result via SMS and email on the same day. If you submit the application outside of office hours, we will process the application on the next working day.
When will I receive the loan?
After the loan is confirmed by the customer, you can choose to receive the funds through instant transfer service or withdraw cash at any designated location using a self-service loan ATM. If you are using the 80% transfer loan service, K Cash will directly use the entire loan amount to repay the specified loan that you requested for settlement.
What should I do if I have not received an email/message confirming account opening?
Please check your email inbox (including junk/spam folder) and mobile messages again. If you have confirmed that you have not received any emails/text messages from K Cash, please directly send an email to [email protected] or call 21111 211 or WhatsApp 5595 6111 to contact our customer service officer.
How can I make the repayments?
To make repayments, you will need to sign a Direct Debit Authorization form. Direct debit is an agreement that allows K Cash to deduct the repayment amount from your bank account on the specified repayment date. It is your responsibility to ensure that there are sufficient funds in the designated automatic transfer account on the repayment date for deduction.
What should I do if I am unable to make the repayment on time?
You will not be required to pay any additional processing fees for late payments, but K Cash will charge overdue interest in accordance with the requirements of the Money Lenders Ordinance. Your repayment record will be directly reflected in your personal credit report, which may impact your credit rating. If you are unable to make the repayment on the scheduled date, please send an email in advance to [email protected] or contact our customer service officer at 21111 211 or WhatsApp 5595 6111 to avoid potential legal fees that may arise from non-payment.
If I wish to repay the loan in full before the scheduled date, what should I do?
If you wish to fully repay your loan in advance, you should notify K Cash in written or by email to [email protected] at least 14 working days in advance. You can also contact our customer service officer at 21111 211 or WhatsApp 5595 6111. K Cash will only charge interest and outstanding principal calculated on a daily basis up to the repayment date, without any additional processing fees.
Can I change the bank account for repayment?
In general, you will not be able to change the designated bank account for repayment after the contract takes effect.
However, if you have special reasons and wish to request a change, K Cash may consider your situation and ask you to provide additional information and documents for approval.
