Terms and Conditions of K Cash “Property Owner Premium Offer” (“these Terms and Conditions”)

  1. The promotion period for K Cash “Property Owner Premium Offer" ("this Offer") provided by K Cash Limited and K Cash Express Limited (collectively referred to as "the Company") is from March 7, 2025 to May 31, 2025, both dates inclusive ("Promotion Period").
  2. This Offer is only applicable to customers who meet the following conditions ("Eligible Customers"):
    • Own a property in Hong Kong; and
    • Have an active loan account with other financial companies at the time of application; and
    • Not have any active loan account with the Company at the time of application; and
    • Visit K Cash head office or any branch for loan consultation and complete a property owner loan application; and
    • Successfully apply for a PayKool Visa Platinum Card ("PayKool Card").
  3. During the Promotion Period, regardless of the loan application approval result, Eligible Customers will receive a $500 free credit card spending limit on their PayKool Card. This free credit card spending limit will be deposited into the customer's PayKool Card account within one month after his/her card is successfully approved.
  4. This Offer is subject to verification and confirmation of eligibility by the Company (with sole and absolute discretion).
  5. During the Promotion Period, regardless of the number of successful applications, each Eligible Customer can only receive this Offer once.
  6. The Company reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this Offer and/or change these Terms and Conditions at any time without further notice. This Offer is subject to verification and confirmation by the Company (at its sole and absolute discretion) as eligible. In case of any dispute, the Company reserves the right of final decision.
  7. A person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions shall have no right to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions or enjoy any benefits under any provisions of these Terms and Conditions under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong).
  8. This Offer and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute arising out of this Offer shall be construed and resolved in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region within the jurisdiction of Hong Kong. The parties shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
